haha i get it you think im weldin ali! nah its cromolly fella, so can only really use pure argon. i wanna get that stitched look but without the bulk that you get with ali welds, so i tend to melt in a small blob then weave it wide so it looses its height.

nah man yours'l be internal for sure, this isnt actually how you butt tubes (you buy them already butted), this is more an experiment cause i just sorta thought about it. on triple butted tubes you cant actually see the buttline cause its on the inside. plus this is gonna be a road fixie ;p

hehe im makin two, both with titanium swingarms and one with an 85mm BB, the other 100mm BB shell, and both with slightly different geo (the 100mmBB shell one is longer and slacker). and yeah, its a secret

i use 0.035" cromo. but this frame is not cromo, its a much stronger type of steel

yeah for the first time i ever used laser cutting fella. slots like that are a bit hard to do neatly! these frames are pretty much pilot production frames so im tryin to work out ways of makin them look professional but not take me a week to do.
